KRISTEN IVANICK
Kristen has work experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in the commercial real estate industry, assessing the impact to endangered species from proposed government construction projects and communications work for voluntary U.S. EPA programs. Ms. Ivanick has also written Tips for Greening a Home for an online website and was a contributing author to The Environmental Technology Resource Handbook, published in 2002. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University in Environmental Studies and Political Science. She coordinates LEED and other sustainability requirements for projects, prepares design charrettes, and assists with planning operation and maintenance programs. Ms. Ivanick is also an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Colorado Chapter. - November, 2007

JEN BURIANEK, LEED-AP
Jen Burianek is a Sustainable Design Specialist with a background in Interior Design. She has a Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design with a focus in sustainable design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in Denver, CO. She applied both sustainable materials as well as the Need for Nature theory in her conceptual redesign of an underprivileged Colorado elementary school for her Bachelor's thesis. She coordinates LEED and other sustainability requirements for projects, prepares design charrettes, and assists with planning operation and maintenance programs. Ms. Burianek is a member of the US Green Building Council Colorado Chapter and the AIA Committee on the Environment.
ZOEY CHANCE, LEED-AP
Zoey Chance is experienced in water conservation, energy efficiency, waste diversion and green power. Her work experience includes water conservation efforts with the Center for Resource Conservation, waste diversion and building materials reuse for Resource, a local reclaimed building materials sales yard, as well as outreach work with Clean and Green, a local wind power company. She is a graduate of Colorado State University’s Green Building Certificate Program, a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon. She coordinates LEED requirements, aids in creating environmental policies and tenant guidelines and is ambient energy’s water conservation specialist. a PhD candidate at CU Boulder, joins the ambient energy team as an Engineer. Mr. Seo, a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Colorado at Boulder, is an Engineer with ambient energy in support of building energy simulation, green building design, and solar radiation modeling. Mr. Seo has five years of experience in building energy modeling, life cycle cost analysis, and HVAC system design. He also holds a Masters of Science and a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea. He has written several publications on solar energy modeling for tropical and desert environments, thermal energy storage system control, weather file generation, and predicting energy usage in offices.
